Bellam Gavvalu

Bellam Gavvalu is a traditional Telugu sweet-snack food that brings glory to festive occasions. Sweet shells are the pseudonym for deep-fried sweet and crispy Gavvalu made of wheat and Sooji powder and spread with jaggery syrup that is blended with the flavoring of cardamom powder. Bellam Gavvalu is deep-fried to crispy brown colored sweet in freshly ground nut oil.
